The Australian Warning System is a national system for providing information and warnings about hazards such as bushfires, floods, storms, cyclones, extreme heat, and severe weather.

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) provides information on alerts and ways to stay informed.

This contains details about bushfire warning levels, total fire bans, fire danger ratings, cyclone warning levels, flood warning levels, storm warning levels, as well as HAZMAT and various other warnings.
